Williams Narrows Resort Cabin Information & Rates

Base Rate is for four persons in a two-bedroom, or six persons in a three-bedroom,
or one immediate family (father, mother and children under 19), using existing facilities.

Base rate for cabins 17 is for 8 people or 2 immediate families (fathers, mothers and children under 19),
using existing facilities.

Base rate for cabins 6 or 7 is for 10 people or 2 immediate families (fathers, mothers and children under 19),
using existing facilities.

Extra person charge:
$35/day - $175/wk for each adult (18 +)
$15/day - $75/wk for each child over 2 years.

A Minnesota 6.875% & 1% Itasca County Sales Tax will be applied to all rentals.

Cash and Check are preferred but MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards are also accepted.

Check-In 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out 10:00 a.m.
Please respect these times so that we can properly clean your cottage.

RESERVATION INFORMATION
To confirm and hold your reservation, a $300 deposit per cottage per week is required. Deposits are due January 15th of the year of your trip. Reservations made after that date will be held for 14 days so that your deposit can be mailed and received. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You may call in your credit card number or pay a deposit online by clicking here.

Please expect to pay for the
dates you reserved. In some cases, deposits can be carried forward to future reservations.

PET POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED
We do allow dogs. Any pets other than dogs must be approved on a case-by-case basis. If you feel a vacation is not a vacation without your dog, it must be kept on a leash, not allowed to bark, cleaned up after and not left unattended in your cottage. A $90 per stay pet maintenance fee will be applied.
